FAQ's League Industries Program
1. What do you need from me in order to send out my mailing?
We'll need your address database, your mail pieces or the electronic files (we'll be pleased to produce it for you), and the postage fees.
2. How long will it take to process my mail?
We'll provide a production schedule that meets your requirements. We'll provide you a personalized production schedule that relates to your mail batch specifications.
3. Is there a minimum number of pieces required for me to get reduced postage for my mailing?
Yes, for the mininum you'll typically need 200 or 500 pieces.
4. How can I get the lowest possible postage rates?
We can determine the available best post office service and rates. Allow us to process your address database into automated bar-coded addresses.
5. How much does it cost to set up a bulk mail account?
The U.S. Post Office assesses a $185 application fee along with an annual fee of $150 for each class of mail. At no additional fee, you can have the option of using the League Industries permit for any class of mail.
6. How much will postage cost?
Postage fees are dependent upon the class of mailing, size, weight, volume of pieces to each zip code destination within your database. Once we receive your mail pieces and database we'll provide you a detailed estimate of your postage costs.
1. Can you make good quality color copies?
Yes, we are able to produce high-resolution four-color copies.
2. I don't have an original to give you. Can you make copies from my electronic file?
Yes, we actually prefer to generate a first edition direct from your file to achieve the highest quality image.
